Dr. Kerry Head
Our optometrist, Dr. Kerry Head, believes that the most important patient is always the one right in front of them. They will give you the time to ask any questions you may have about the results of your eye exam, describe your options and make sure that your personal eye care needs are met.
Maintaining good eye health is an ongoing process. We encourage our patients to ask questions and share their health information. This will provide us with the fullest picture of our patients’ eye and whole-body health, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.

Dr. Ivetta Daccache
Native Peorian, Ivetta Daccache, OD FAAO, is a proud graduate of Bradley University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She later went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University College of Optometry in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Daccache then completed a residency in Cornea and Contact Lens from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she joined the faculty until she married the love of her life and moved back home to the Peoria area.
With over two decades of experience working in a variety of settings, most notably alongside other optometrists, ophthalmologists and nursing staff at Bond Eye Associates, Dr. Daccache brings a comprehensive approach to eyecare. She is committed to providing exceptional care with compassion, whether it is improving vision with glasses or contacts or managing the ocular health concerns of her patients. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry as well as a member of the American Optometric Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Daccache spends most of her time with her husband and their two children. She loves to travel, play board games and get lost in a good book.
